We were wondering, does your yoga teacher disappear off to a retreat for the summer, or does your school hall close down and leave you with nowhere to practise? What do you do when you’ve no class to go to?

I got an email from a news student who is in Thailand at the moment. “I tried to remember the postures you taught us, but I forget,” she wrote.

So what do you think about adding instructions for how to get into the postures, as an extra to the descriptions of our cards? Would that help? And shall we film some classes for you to watch and join in with on YouTube while you’re away from your usual teacher?
